Shawn Wesley Simmons, 37 of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, January 24th at University of Cincinnati Medical Center as the result of an automobile accident.
He is survived by one son, Bailey Simmons of Greenfield; one brother, John (Krystal) Simmons II of Greenfield; four stepbrothers, Andy (Stephanie) Martindale of Greenfield, Kristopher (Felicia) Martindale of Greenfield, D. Simmons of Frankfort, and Steven Cornett of Hamilton; two stepsisters, Olivia (BJ) Simmons of Rainsboro and Kayley Simmons of Frankfort; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles; parents, John (Krista) Simmons of Frankfort and Christine (James) Cornett of Greenfield; and grandfather, Melvin Mootispaw of Greenfield.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 30 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Jeremy Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of the service at the funeral home.
