Bernice Malone, 89 years of Latham, passed away on Monday November 13, 2107 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born in Rubyville, Ohio on July 13, 1928, the daughter of the late Homer C. and Anna (Wynn) Moon. Besides her parents, she was also preceded by her husband, John Malone, whom were married on August 8, 1946 and passed away on September 12, 2003, son, James Michael Malone, sister, Rowena Wiseman, brothers, Floyd, Carman, Jim, Walter, Henry and Carl Moon and a son-in-law, Andy Davis.
Bernice was a member of the Smith Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Bernice is survived by her sons, Homer Malone of Latham and Steve (Vernice) Malone of Latham, daughter, Marylou Davis of Columbus, two grandchildren, Steve (Erica) Malone and Bradly Malone, two great grandchildren, Zoe Malone and Miles Malone, two sisters, Lorraine Childers of Huntington, WV and Tommie Jean Schrader of Beaver and sister-in-law, Mary Miller of Hillsboro.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday November 17, 2017 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Washburn Cemetery.
