Wade Andrew Smith, 40 of Greenfield passed away Saturday July 22, 2017 at Adena Greenfield Medical Center.
He is survived by two brothers, Wesley D. (Shelley) Smith of Greenfield, William M. (Monica) Smith of Greenfield; nieces and nephews, Tanner (Whitney) Vanzant, Gable, Payton, Beckley, Emery, Kaylee, Hannah, Quinton, and Addison Smith; great nephew and niece, Jax and Marley Vanzant; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; fiancee, Britteny Harris of Greenfield; and fiancee's parents, Glenn and Susie Harris of Amesville.
Cremation will take place and a service will be held at the convenience of the family.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
