Earl M. Cramton

Earl M. Cramton, 99, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Friday, June 16, 2017 at Carriage Court, Washington C.H., Ohio.  His wife, Helen Newbrey Cramton, preceded him in death November 6, 1999.  Mr. Cramton was born November 11, 1917, son of the late Harry and Dorothy Wilkin Cramton.  He was a graduate of Lynchburg High School.

Mr. Cramton retired from the USDA where he had worked as a meat inspector.  He was a member of Masonic Lodge 178 in Lynchburg, the Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati, and the Wilmington Church of Christ.

Mr. Cramton is survived by his niece and nephews, Cathy Newbrey of Sabina, Ohio, Dana (Lisa Handy) Clouser of Gulf Port FL, and Dennis (Mary) Newbrey of Washington C.H., Ohio; and his great nieces and great nephews, Phoebe Clouser, Shelby Clouser, Adam Newbrey, and Kyle Newbrey.  In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Inez Muntz and Irene Clouser, and two infant daughters.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Monday, June 19, 2017 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Steve Wetterhan officiating.  Burial will be in Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery.  Friends may call from 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, Monday, June 19, 2017 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home.
