Bradley B. "Brad" Sweazy

Bradley B “Brad” Sweazy, 57 years of Greenfield passed away on Thursday May 25, 2017 at his residence.

 

He was born in Columbus, OH on August 5, 1959 the son of the late Ernest Larry & Phyllis (Ayers) Sweazy. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his mother-in-law Pamela Cockrell.

 

Brad graduated from Brookhaven High School in Columbus, OH and graduated with his masters degree from the Ohio State University. He played & coached baseball and was a huge O.S.U Buckeye fan. He was employed in Logistics, having worked 17 years with UPS. He was also one of the owners and operators of Active Solutions in Columbus.

 

He is survived by his wife, Beth Ann (Cockrell) Sweazy who where married August 29, 1998, two sons, Jason Sweazy and Jeremy (Alicia) Sweazy of Columbus, two daughters Kayla and Kiersten Sweazy of Greenfield, two brothers William and Robert Sweazy of Hillsboro, Father-in-law Larry Cockrell of Greenfield, Sister-in-law & Bother-in-law Deann & William Price Gammon of Portsmouth, OH, one niece, one nephew, and a host of friends.

 

Services will be held on Tuesday May 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. A Burial will follow at the Greenfield Cemetery.

 

Friends and family may call from 5:00PM to 8:00 PM on Monday May 29, 2017 at the Funeral Home.
