Thomas David Urton, 71, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. His wife, Dr. Maxine Marie Urton, preceded him in death March 28, 2016. Mr. Urton was born January 21, 1946 in Peebles, Ohio, son of the late Tommy Dee Urton and Beulah “Judy” Storer Urton.
Mr. Urton retired from the Cincinnati Milacron where he was an engineer for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. He was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post 49.
Mr. Urton is survived by a daughter, Shannon M. Urton of Lebanon, Ohio and a son, Todd D. Urton of Hillsboro, Ohio. In addition to his wife and parents, a son, Kris E. Urton, preceded him in death in 1994.
At his request, no services will be held. Interment will be in Clinton County Memory Gardens at the convenience of the family.
