Melissa S. Grooms, 48 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday May 1, 2017.
She was born in England Air Force Base, Louisiana on October 18, 1968, the daughter of Raymond and Sharon (Butler) Barnes of Leesburg.
Besides her parents, Melissa is survived by her son Ben (Nicole) Grooms of Hillsboro, two daughters, Brittany (Brad) Williams of Leesburg and Breanne (Dustin Puckett) Grooms of Mt. Orab, three brothers, Bill (Brenda) Barnes of Hillsboro, Mike (Kris) Barnes of Marysville, OH and David Barnes of Alpena, MI, sister, Becki (Adam) Wilkin of Hillsboro, four grandchildren: Evan Grooms, Brailee Williams, Brynna Williams and Dustin Puckett, III and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday May 4, 2017 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
