Frank M. Mann, age 53, of Monroe, Ohio, formerly of Wilmington, passed away early Friday morning, April 28, 2017 at the Drake Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 11, 1963 in Attendorn, Germany, son of the late Frederick Frank & Wally Elfriede (Metzner) Mann III. On July 6, 1996 in Gatlinburg, TN, he married Jeannine Mary Blackwell Mann., who survives. A US Air Force Veteran, Frank worked for the Pacific Manufacturing in Fairfield, Ohio. In addition to his wife, other surviving are his sister- Christina (Randy) Gray of Wilmington; brother-Tom (Liz) Mann, Wilmington; and nephew- Austin Gray, Wilmington. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church, 421 East Vine Street at Prairie Avenue, Wilmington with Pastor June Fryman officiating. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
