Charles E. Rhoads, 86 of Middletown passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Rhoads; three children, Charles M. (Susan) Rhoads of McKinney, TX, James E. (Suzie) Rhoads of Liberty Township, and Jacqueline S. Rhoads of Columbus; four grandchildren, Steven (Jordan) Rhoads, Amanda Rhoads, Katelin Rhoads, and Jeffrey Rhoads; one sister, Mary Lois Burnett of Marion, IN; two brothers, Paul Rhoads of Hillsboro, and David (Lyndal) Rhoads of Delphos.
The funeral service for Charles will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
