Peggy L. McGraw (Thomas), 79, of Derby, (formerly of Shrewsbury, W. VA.), went to her eternal home, Sunday, April 16th, 2017.
Preceded in death by her husband, Gene; son, Darrell; parents, John & Inez (McSurley) Thomas; brothers Bill & Johnny, and sisters, Delma, Freda, & Shirley.
Survived by her loving children, Sandy (Dave) Trzcinski of Columbus, Kevin of Derby, Tammy (Bob) Gilcher of Youngstown, and Amy (a daughter who is grand) of Grove City; grandchildren, Amanda (Paul) Hrnicek, Amber (Brandon) Smith, Sarah, Logan, Chayton, Derek, and Kayla; daughter-in-law, Linda; four great-grandchildren, Liam, Morgan, Taylor and Audrey whom she greatly loved and adored with all her heart. Also survived by a host of friends.
Peggy was so proud of being a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Derby where she served as Noble Grand. She loved the outdoors; loved flowers and the birds.
A Funeral service will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling, Ohio 43143. Rev. Dortha Ross officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 11 - 1:00.
