Thomas "Tom" R. Tuggle, 79 of Hillsboro passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman.
He is survived by the mother of his children and lifelong companion, Georgia Mitrousis; three children; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and special friends, Bob Countryman and Lena Bradley.
Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Stringtown Cemetery.
