Norma Jean Rohrer

 Norma Jean Rohrer, 85, of New Holland, Ohio died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 12:45 p.m. at St. Catherine’s Manor of Washington Court House where she had been residing since January 30, 2015.Norma Jean was born July 11, 1931, in New Holland, Ohio to William and Cora Rockwell Arledge.  She was a lifelong resident of the New Holland community where she was a member of the New Holland Church of Christ.She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Rohrer on May 9, 2011; by a grandson, Daniel Rohrer in 2002 and a sister, Irma Mae Ingles.Norma Jean is survived by a daughter, Diana Doyle of Springfield, Ohio; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Sharon Rohrer and Randy and Ann Rohrer, all of New Holland; nine grandchildren, Melanie (Rick) Mattingly, Kristi (Matt) Hart, Leigh Ann (Tim) Robinson, Jeremy (Toni) Rohrer, Jennifer (Jeremy) Brill, Travis Rohrer and his girlfriend, Rachel Vance, Troy Rohrer and his fiancée Leann Riley, Trent Rohrer and his girlfriend, Cori, and Trista (Tyler) Butler; several great grandchildren; two brothers, David Arledge and his wife, Nancy, of New Holland, Bill Arledge and his fiancée, Carolyn Vittitoe, of Washington Court House; three sisters, Janet Hawkins and her friend, Steve Althouse, Janie Nance and her husband, Gene, and Mary Lou Althouse and her husband, Gary, all of Washington Court House and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.The funeral will be held Friday, March 24, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in New Holland with the Rev. Randy Lee, minister at the Center Christian Church, officiating.  Burial will follow in New Holland Cemetery.Friends may call at the funeral home in New Holland from 12 Noon Friday until the time of the service.                                        www.kirkpatrickfuneralhome.com
