James E. Michael, 48 years of Hillsboro, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 4, 2017 at his residence.
He was born was born July 31, 1968 in West Union, OH., the son of Duane and Irene (Wylie) Michael of Hillsboro. Beside his parents he is survived by son and fiancé Christopher J. Michael and Brandy Sova-Davy of Hillsboro, step son Steven Tyler Shorten of Hillsboro, fiancé Kris Williams of Hillsboro, aunt and uncle Wandalee and Eddie Moore of Cherry Fork, OH., several cousins and a host of friends.
James was employed at Ahresty Corporation in Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
