Deloris J. Garrison, 77 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday February 16, 2017 at the Bethesda North Hospital.
She was born in Highland County on October 6, 1939, the daughter of the late Ray and Clara (Hopkins) Fender.
Deloris was a member of the Union Church of Christ, Sunday school treasurer, was involved in the Ladies Aid and volunteer for Our Dailey Bread.
Deloris is survived by her husband, Hugh Garrison, whom were married on June 20, 1958, son, John (Lynnette) Garrison of Hillsboro, daughter, Sherry (DeWayne) Setty of Hillsboro, brother, Donnie (Barbara) Fender of Lynchburg, three grandchildren, Randi (Jamion) Williams, Danielle Garrison and Joshua Setty and one great grandchild, Rowan Williams.
Funeral Services will be 4:00 PM Sunday February 19, 2017at the Union Church of Christ. Burial will follow at the Union Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:30 PM until time of services on Sunday at the Church.
