Because of the Scarecrow Festival starting Friday, the Washington Court House downtown will be closed to traffic.
Closed starting midnight tonight, Thursday, are:
- Court St., from North St. to Hinde Street
- The 100 block of North Fayette Street
- And the 100 blocks of North and South Main streets
