Fayette County Memorial Hospital has approved two new members to its governing board. During the board’s most recent meeting Doug Boedeker and Leigh Cannon were approved as the newest members of the 15-member board.
Mr. Boedeker has lived in the Fayette County area for nearly 50 years, and is a recent retiree from Fayette County Memorial Hospital where he was employed for 44 years as the leader of Cardiopulmonary and Safety/Security.
Ms. Cannon is the currently Fayette County Deputy Health Commissioner and has served the Fayette County Public Health District for the past 15 years. She’s served as Deputy Health Commissioner since 2010.
