(24/7 News) -- Brown County authorities are looking for the man who they say caused a 15-month-old girl to ingest meth and marijuana.
Mount Orab police issued a child endangering warrant yesterday for Kevin Nowlin Junior.
Nowlin is accused of having drugs within reach of the toddler, who had to be hospitalized last week, but will make a full recovery.
