March "Voices From Our Community" Features Animal Welfare Specialists

The Carnegie Public Library in Washington CH has a community program coming up next Friday, March 13th. "Voices From Our Community" is free to attend and will take place at the library featuring local animal specialists, Dr. Lee Schrader and Brad Adams.

Dr. Schrader is a retired board-certified veterinary medicine specialist and a 30-year volunteer with the Fayette Regional Humane Society. She has also served as the humane society’s director for the last 10 years. She’ll be speaking on the programs the humane society offers and its expansion into neighboring counties, as well as its future plans.

Brad Adams is also with the Fayette Regional Humane Society, serving as it’s Chief Humane Agent and Outreach and Educational Director. He’ll be discussing some of his most interesting experience during his 21 years of humane law enforcement.

The discussion will get underway at 7:00 p.m. next Friday, March 13th on the library’s second floor. Refreshments will be served prior starting at 6:30 p.m.
