The Rose Avenue Community Center in Washington CH says it’ll be turning away any further donations of clothing until the beginning of May due to an overabundance of clothing donations received from the community, saying they simply have more clothes than their Cinderella Closet Ministry can support.
.
Officials with the community center say they will still accept donations of formal wear & accessories. The Ministry says they’ll begin accepting donations of clothing again by May 1st once they work through the current backlog.
.
In the meantime, Rose Avenue is always in need of donations of non-perishable food and personal hygiene products. Those items can be dropped off at the Little Free Pantry Blessing Box located at the front of the community center.
