The Fayette County Airport is looking to begin receiving Statement of Qualifications from interested professional aviation consulting firms for the provision of general planning, engineering design and construction services for projects listed in the Fayette County Airport’s 5-year Capital Improvement Program.
Those projects would take place from 2020 to 2025. The move comes following a yes-vote by the Fayette County Commissioners to allow the advertising. The Fayette County Airport will accept the bids until 4:00 p.m. on January 15th.
The Commissioners have also approved the purchase of a new vehicle for the County Maintenance Department. That’s a 2017 Chevrolet Express Van, acquired from Bedford Ford in Washington CH at a price of $19,783.50.
