One of the topics at Wednesday night Washington CH City Council meeting was the upcoming Highland Avenue repaving project.

City Manager Joe Denen says work should be getting underway in September with ODOT handling most of the work farther out on Highland Avenue, with city crews helping closer to the city.

Denen also says the city park's splash pad project is expected to be complete by the end of September.
