A new study found that having at least two cups of coffee a day could decrease your risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer. Researchers found that people who drank two and a half cups of coffee every day had a 17% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease than those who didn’t drink coffee. And those who had four cups of coffee a day had a 24% lower risk of death from diabetes. People who drank between two and two and a half cups of coffee daily had a 4% lower risk of dying from cancer.
