Gospel music singers, songwriters & recording artists "Paul James Sound" will minister in song at Rose Ave. Community Center Friday, November 9, at 7:00 P.M. Featuring Spirit-filled, Southern/Country Style Gospel singing at its best, Paul James Sound is a trio from Columbus, Ohio, with member's roots in West Virginia, Virginia and Zanesville, Ohio. Ministering God's Word for more than eight years as a trio, Paul James and his wife Diane Byer are joined by Patty Sleeper as they lead music at their home Church, sing in revivals, Saturday services & concerts, and Sundays whenever possible. They are well known for their tight harmonies & friendly personalities, and above all, their passion to deliver the Gospel of Jesus to a lost and dying world. As well as bringing traditional Gospel Favorites to life with their unique sound, PJS brings many original compositions to the stage; many featured on their CD projects, "Peace came Down", "What's His Name? JESUS!”, and "My Heart's Desire". Their goals are simple: to see people come to salvation and see folks encouraged in their Christian walk. Gospel Music Family Fridays is an outreach of Rose Ave Community Center & Church presented every Friday at 7:00 P.M., doors open at 6:30 P.M. Bringing different local, regional and national singers, musical groups and recording artists to the stage each week, all for the glory of God, we offer free admission, free food & drinks, and free shuttle service, in town. To help support this ministry, a free-will offering will be received. Rose Ave Community Center is located at 412 Rose Ave., in WCH. For transportation please call the office at 740-636-ROSE(7673) before 5:00 P.M. Fridays. Join us every Saturday at 5:00 P.M. for a free community meal & contemporary worship service in a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Featuring an upbeat & relevant, Bible-based message from Pastor Justin, doors open at 4:30 PM. Free transportation is also available for this event by calling the office before 3:00 P.M. Saturdays.
