According to a survey by the National Retail Federation, more than 175 million people will celebrate Halloween this year ... and nearly 20 percent of those people plan to dress up their pets – up from 16 percent last year. The cost for all those pet outfits? $480 million. According to the survey, Millennials are most likely to put costumes on their pets.
