A slide repair project is set to begin in Highland County next Monday, August 6th and will require a closure of State Route 785 near the community of Fairfax. The Ohio Department of Transportation says the work will take place just east of State Route 247.
The precise location of the project is between Greenbrier Road and Parr Road. The closure of Route 785 will take place at approximately 8:00 a.m. with the affected section remaining closed through 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10th, though that completion date depends on the weather.
While State Route 785 is closed, motorists will be detoured via State Route 247 and State Route 73.
