A local non-proft that seeks to aid children with disabilities is preparing for its annual Valentine's Ball.SATH, Supplementary Assistance to the Handicapped, will host its 14th annual Valentine's Sweetheart Charity Ball on Saturday, February 10th. It runs from 6pm to 11pm at Roberts Centre in Wilmington.
The event, at $100 per couple, will offer an evening of dinner and dancing with proceeds benefiting the programs that enhance the lives of the area's disabled children.
The Featured band for the evening will be “Different Hats Music” out of Cincinnati. The $100 per couple price tag includes appetizers, dinner, dancing, a couples photo and door prizes. The evening will begin with appetizers at 6pm, dinner at 7pm and dancing from 8pm to 11pm. The attire for the evening is semi-formal to formal.
