Randy Lewis, 53 of Washington C.H., passed away on January 8, 2018 at Fayette Memorial Hospital Washington C.H. He was born in Wilmington, Ohio to the lateCarlo and Margaret Murray Collett.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his adopted father John Lewis and two brothers Richard and Donald Collett.
Randy is survived by wife Melanie Lewis four sons Joshua (Racheal) Lewis of Washington C.H., Isaiah Lewis of Washington C.H, Malachi Lewis Of Washington C.H., Edward (Amanda) Everhart of Leesburg, two daughters Jessica Lucarz of Washington C.H. Martina (Shawn McDaniel) Eakins of Washington C.H., brother David (Karen) Hayslip, Robert (Tammy) Collett, Mike (Sonia) Stewart, sisters Dorathy (Wayne) Teboe, Mona (Mike) Lengefeld, Betty (Steve) Street, Brenda Boker, eighteen grandchildren and special friends Guy Boyer, Big O and Mark
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 16, 2018 at 6:00PM with Rev. Dr. James Allen officiating. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00PM until time of services.
