Graysen David Smith, 1 week old son of Alyssa and Shawn Smith of Washington C.H., passed away on Sunday evening, December 31, at Childrens Hospital, Columbus.
Funeral service will be on Thursday January 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.
Friends may call from 10:00 until the time of service.
Burial will be in the Bloomingburg Cemetery.
