Blake Alan Rife

Blake Alan Rife, Age 32, of Washington C.H., passed away on the evening of December 25, 2017 as the result of a traffic accident.

Blake was born on February 18, 1985 in Washington C.H., and had lived all of his life in this area. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time, and is even rumored to have killed 2 turkeys with a single shot.

Blake is survived by his parents Carol Penwell and Stephen Rife, and stepmother Beverly Rife. He also leaves behind a son, Nathaniel Gibbs; grandparents, Flo and Curtis Cruse and James Steele; a sister, Alicia Hawkins; step brother and sister, Brandon and Nikki Ralph; special friends, Judy and Robert Irvin, and Vanessa McGlumphy. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

A funeral service will take place at 1pm on Friday December 29, 2017 at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington C.H. with pastor Chris Conley officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11am until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Highlawn Cemetery.
