Sharon Kay Mondabaugh, age 68, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at home with her loving family by her side.
She was born September 10, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Barney E. Altman and Wilma Ruth Burns Altman.
Sharon retired from Clinton Memorial Hospital after several years as a monitor technician. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Surviving are son, Chad (Kim) Mondabaugh of Leesburg, daughter, Crystal (Jeff) Green of Wilmington, six grandchildren, Ashley (Wesley) McClure, Aaron Green, Brittney, Brennon, and Kalee Mondabaugh, and Katlin (Jon) Watts, seven great-grandchildren, Bryleigh, Brantley, and Bradley McClure, Dalton Green, Arianna Stevens, Jackson Lee Green, and Asher Watts, sister, Debbie Borders, brother, David (Margie) Altman, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest William "Big Ern" Mondabaugh, whom passed away on March 29, 2016, and a niece, Morgan Bloom.
Funeral Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Tim Kunzweiler officiating. Interment will follow in the Milledgeville- Plymouth Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 2, 2018, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
