Lutie Ann Kuhn, 86, of Wilmington, Ohio, formerly of Washington Court House, died Friday, December 15, 2017, at 10:05 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Manor of Washington Court House where she had been a patient since December 7.
Lutie was born January 18, 1931, in Lewis County, KY to William and Grace Hall Emmons and lived her early life in Kentucky. She moved to Washington Court House 50 years ago from Dayton. She had lived the past two years in Wilmington.
Before her retirement, she was a longtime teller at the Fifth/Third Bank in Washington Court House.
She attended the Heritage Memorial Church of Christ In Christian Union.
Lutie was preceded in death by a son, Michael McCormick on June 11, 2015; by two infant children, Billy and Donna McCormick; two brothers, Lee and William Emmons and a sister, Elizabeth Cooper.
She is survived by two daughters, Jane McCormick of Wilmington and Jacqueline Ditmer of Washington Court House; a granddaughter Brandi Vaught of Columbus; two great grandsons, Clayton and Quintin Nichols and a brother and sister-in-law, Omar and Edna Emmons of Mt. Sterling, KY.
The funeral will be Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with the Rev. Joe Duvall officiating. Burial will follow in the Highlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.
