Jack Martindale ,52 passed away December 9, 2017 at Mount Carmel West in Columbus Ohio, he was born August 31, 1965 to Jack and Glenna Wilson Martindale of Washington C.H., in Fayette County.
Including his parents Jack is survived by his sister Nancy Martindale of Washington C.H., and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 15, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Morrow Funeral Home in Jeffersonville. with Pastor Mike Hodge officiating, family and Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, December 15, 2017 from4:00-6:00pm.
