The Highland County Board of Election will conduct a recount for the overlap of the Adams County/Ohio Valley School Board Members on Monday, November 27th.
The recount will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Office. The recount is open to all candidates who participated in the race for the Adams County/Ohio Valley School Board.
