Norman E. "Gene" Murphy, 69 of Washington Court House passed away Tuesday morning, October 24, 2017 at the Fayette Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by two children, Billy (Sissy) Coleman and Elaine Coleman, both of Dayton, TN; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; five siblings, Wallace (Connie) Murphy of Hillsboro, Molly (Clifford) Thompson of Alabama, Benny Murphy of Washington C.H., whith whom he made his home, Ronny (Lee) Murphy of Hillsboro and Sue (Greg) Walken of Indiana; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Leo Kuhn will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Troutwine Cemetery
Visitation: 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
