You Can Exercise Yourself To Death

According to a new study, too much exercise can kill you.

Researchers in Chicago found that guys who work out at least seven-and-a-half hours each week are 86% more likely to experience clogged arteries – and twice as likely to suffer from heart disease.

It seems that high levels of exercise over time really stresses the blood vessels, which puts men at great risk. (New York Post)
