Sandra Jean Fulhart, 59 of Washington Court House passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 at Crestwood in Hillsboro.
Survivors include; daughter, Amy Smith of Washington C.H.; her son, Phil (Elizabeth) Lowe of Dayton; her father, James Hale; seven grandchildren, Tianne (Derrick) Maier of Vandalia and Bertina Hale of Texas; her mother-in-law, Mary Eshelman; her best friend, Diana Clickner; many nieces and nephews, Ian, Laura, Aaron, James, John Kyhil, Desiree, Darrell, Joshua, and Nichole; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
