Lois A. Williams, 79 of Jeffersonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 14, 2017, at her residence. She was born in Chillicothe on January 24, 1938 to the late Gene and Fanny Cartee Skeens. Lois leaves behind her husband Philip E. Williams whom she married on Jan, 25, 1958. Lois was a graduate of Wilmington High School class of 1956 and retired from 5/3 bank Jeffersonville branch.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two infant brothers, one sister Sue Wilson, two great grandchildren and mother and father in law Glenn and Geneva Williams.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons Michael (Tammy) Williams of Bookwalter and Darrell (Eva) Williams of Jeffersonville and a daughter Jennifer Reed of Hillsboro; brothers Wayne (Brenda) Skeens of Xenia and Tony Skeens of Wilmington and sister Janice (Dormal) West of Warren MI grandchildren Heather, Justin (Nikki), Kyle, Haley (Chris), Seth, Elijah, Joshua, Andrea, Amanda and Anna; seven great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and great- great- nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday September 18, 2017 at 11:00AM at the Morrow Funeral Home, Jeffersonville with Pastor Bruce Morrison officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Jeffersonville. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4-7PM
Memorial contribution may be made to Heritage Memorial Church.
