Justin L. McMullen, 33 of Washington Court House, died on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
Cremation has taken place and no services are to be held.
The Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home of Greenfield is serving the family.
