American Electric Power is hosting a public meeting Thursday on a planned upgrade to a power line along mainly State Route 753, between Hillsboro and State Route 41 in Buckskin Townhip in Ross County.
The meeting will take place between 5:30pm-7:30pm, September 14th at the Highland County YMCA located at 201 Diamond Drive Hillsboro.
Work on the existing 69-kilovolt transmission line is part of an about $30 million investment to the electric transmission grid in Ross and Highland counties to improve the electric service reliability in the region.
