Robert C. “Bob” Bowens, 77 years of Peebles, passed away Monday August 21, 2017 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman.
Bob was born July 16, 1940 in Weeksbury, KY., the son of the late Charles and Marie (Collins) Bowens.
Bob is survived by two sons Christopher Bowens and Robert Young; one daughter Selina Bowens; five brothers Charles (Faye) Bowens of Peebles, Benny (Norma) Bowens of Peebles, Burton (Debbie) Bowens of Manchester, Luther (Shirley) Bowens of Peebles, James (Tonja) Bowens of Mt. Orab; five sisters Judy (Chris) Bartley of KY., Peggy Shields of Peebles, Patsy Shields of Peebles, Brenda Morgan of KY., Sharon (Greg) Conaway of Peebles; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services and burial will be held at the Convenience of the Family under the direction of the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring.
