Sarah Nicole “Nikki” Nichols, 32 years of West Union, passed away on July 23, 2017 at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital surrounded by her friends and family, due to heart failure caused by a rare condition in her pregnancy.
She was born in Hillsboro on August 18, 1984, the daughter of Brenda (Jerry) Crouch and Kenny Nichols. Nikki was preceded in death by her sister, Brandi Nichols and a special great grandfather, Delman “Abe” Aber.
Nikki is survived by her significant other, Zach Knox, her five children, Alethea, Alexa, Jeremiah, Gavin Nichols and Zoey Knox, two brothers, Kenneth (Aylssa) Nichols and Kyle Nichols, maternal grandparents, Herman and Sarah Aber, paternal grandmother, Ann Nichols, half-sister, Emma Nichols, nephew and nieces, Braylon and Gabby Nichols and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Monday July 31, 2017 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with a burial to follow at Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends and Family may call on Monday July 31, 2017 from 1:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home in Hillsboro.
