Thomas (Tom) Fitzpatrick, 70 of Banks, Oregon passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Roselie; one son, Brian (Patti) Fitzpatrick of Pittsburg, PA; one daughter, Janel Fitzpatrick of Hillsborough, Oregon; four sisters, Teena Thorton, Terry (Bill) Figgins, Toni Fitzpatrick, Trudy (Phil) Bartley; one brother, Tab (Kim) Fitzpatrick; three grandchildren.
Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Oregon.
