Lowell E. Page, 81 years of Hillsboro, OH., passed away Monday, July 10, 2017.
He was born April 9, 1936 in Hillsboro, KY., the son the late Leslie and Lucille (Sexton) Page. Beside his parents he was preceded in death by three grandchildren William Carter, Maxwell Carter, Crystal Hamm; one great granddaughter Brookelyn Young-Fraley; one brother Donald Page; three sisters Ada Page, Carol Derrough, Brenda Ward; one sister-in-law Bonnie Page.
Lowell was a member of the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church and was a lifelong farmer.
On September 24, 1956 he was united in marriage to Clara Fay (Fields) Page who survives. He is also survived by three sons Lowell O. (Judith) Page, James (Tressa) Page and Carl Page all of Hillsboro; two daughters Marlene Carter and Elizabeth Young both of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren; four brothers Raymond (Mary Jo) Page, Robert Page, Asa (Angie) Page, Jimmy Page; two sisters Helen (Fred) Magnatta and Wanda (Bob) Leslie; two brothers-in-law Robert “Bob” Ward and Jon Derrough; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 (noon) Saturday July 15, 2017 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Rev. Wiley Perkins will officiate with burial to follow in the Union Chapel Cemetery near Belfast.
Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the Thompson Funeral Home.
