Robert W. Reisinger, aka "S.O.B., Sweet Old Bob",
age 80, of Jamestown, Ohio, passed away Friday afternoon, June 2, 2017 at the Hospice of Dayton.
He was born February 12, 1937 in New Hope, Ohio, son of the late William Thobert & Estel (Mitchell) Reisinger.
Bob was a graduate of New Holland High School and went on to be a bodyshop manager and a successful business man at Bramdemburg's in Washington Court House, then Walker Lincoln/Mercury in Dayton and Langs Chevy in Xenia. He then went into business for himself opening a bodyshop at his home in Jamestown. Bob was a car enthusiast and was very involved in his car club and his passion for AMC cars. He was a Mason, and a member of the Scottish Rite.
Surviving are his daughters- Lisa (Jason) Reisinger Shoemaker of Wilmington, & Teresa Beverly, Washington CourtHouse, Ohio, Cyndi (Marc) Wallace, Wilmington; son- Robert William (Pam) Reisinger, Jr. of Missouri, and Steve (Pam) Burnett of Jamestown, OH; brother- Gary (Carol) Reisinger of Columbus, OH; sister- Virginia (John) Blair of Xenia; 24 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addtion to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his son- Robert Kevin Reisinger and brother-Dean Reisinger.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Pastor Geral Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in the Silver Creek Township Cemetery, Jamestown, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 10 AM to 11 AM Wednesday at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
