Gregory “Greg” T. Dennis age 63 of Lynchburg passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at his home. He was born the son of the late John T. and Gladys M. Wehberg Dennis on February 6, 1954 in Cincinnati. Gregory proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife, Julianne Dennis, whom he married on November 26, 1988 in Gatlinburg, TN; four children, Katie (Diego) Colamonaco of Bel Air, MD, Charles “Chuck” (Heather) Dennis of Cincinnati, Nick (Christina) Tipis of Fayetteville, and John (Crystal) Dennis of Cincinnati; ten grandchildren, Asa, Austin, Alyssa, Addyson, Abigail, Nathan, Tyler, Caleb, Gavriella, and Griffyn; his mother-in-law, Janice Dean; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Ann Grebe and Ruth K. Schaefer. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 19th, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Davis –Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg. Father Mike Paraniuk will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. After the service, military honors will be presented by the Highland County Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Blvd., Mt Orab, Ohio 45121.
