Jesse James Earl Jones, 34, of Leesburg, Ohio died early Monday morning, May 1, 2017, at his home.
Jesse was born October 15, 1982, in Washington Court House, Ohio to Kevin E. and Pamela S. Beach Jones. He was a 2001 graduate of Miami Trace High School and was a lifelong resident of this community.
He was a concrete finisher for Seymour Excavating.
Jesse enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing and mushroom hunting.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Floyd E. Jones, William Beach and Franklin Darling.
Jesse is survived by his father, Kevin E. Jones of Leesburg; his mother and step-father, Pamela S. and Gary Aleshire of Melbourne, FL; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Trina and Shawn White of Bakersfield, CA and Mindy and Mark Holbrook of Columbus; his grandmothers, Edith Jones of Leesburg and Patsy Darling of Florida and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Friday, May 5, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with the Rev. Dortha Ross, pastor at the Mount Sterling Nazarene Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the White Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
