Denver Wright, 76 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday May 1, 2017 at the Bethesda North Hospital.
He was born in Hillsboro on June 27, 1940, the son of the late Roy and Flora (Purcell) Wright. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by his son, Jerry Wright and four brothers, Orville, Leonard, Lawrence and Frank Wright.
Denver served in the United States Army and was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Denver is survived by his wife, Nancy (Crouch) Wright, whom were married on June 20, 1964, two daughters, Kathy (Mark) Brown of Greenfield and Deanna (Todd) Lane of Hillsboro, two brothers, Marvin (Hazel) Wright of Hilliard and Dwayne (Penny) Wright of Grove City, sister, Hazel Erwin of Hilliard, five grandchildren: Amber Blade, David Wright, Erin Tumbleson, Emma Lane and Kara Lane and two great grandchildren, Bryson Blade and Hannah Tumbleson.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday May 6, 2017 at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Bloomingburg Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday May 5, 2107 at the church.
Family request donations to be made to the Building Fund at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
