Raymond Maher, 85 of Fayetteville passed away Monday, April 24, 2017 at his home.
He is survived by seven children, Raymond Gregory "Greg" Maher of Covington, Michael Anthony "Tony" Maher of St. Martin, John Christopher "Chris" Maher of Mt. Orab, Mary Honora Haher of Cookeville, TN, Matthew Maher of St. Martin, Mark (Jennifer) Maher of Mt. Orab, and Patrick Maher of Georgetown; eleven grandchildren, Raymond Maher, Elliott Keegan, Isaiah Adkins, Christen McKinney, Mark Allen, Christopher Maher Jr., Karley Moore, Patrick Aubry, Stephan Brewsaugh, Collan Brewsaugh, and Bridgette Burge; thirteen great grandchildren; four siblings, Rose Ann Cordrey of Lynchburg, Earl (Norma) Maher of Wilmington, Margie Rankin of Lynchburg, Raphael "Whitey" (Millie) of Fayetteville; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service with Military Honors presented by the Highland County Honor Guard will be held at St. Martin Cemetery immediately following visitation. Father Mike Paranuik will be celebrant.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the St. Martin Parish Hall in St. Martin.
