Jim Puckett, 61 of Hillsboro passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017.
Survivors include; son, Clint Puckett of Lynchburg; nine siblings, Rosallee (Russell) Hardyman of Miamisburg, Neva (Wendal) Fetters of Williamsburg, Jesse Puckett of Lynchburg, Donna (Jim) Combs of Mowrystown, Brenda (Bill) Hardyman of Sardinia, Eric (Connie) Puckett of New Richmond, Scott (Kelly) Puckett of Sardinia, John (Monica) Puckett of Hillsboro, and Jody (Jeannie) Puckett of Winchester; two grandchildren, Natasha and Austin Brooks; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dr. Larry Hamilton will officiate.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the Sardinia Church of the Nazarene at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at the Sardinia Cemetery.
