Carole J. Head, 73, of Greenfield, died at 2:55 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at her home. She was born on November 28, 1943 in Ross County, the daughter of the late Lewis and Darlene Grate Rodgers. On January 22, 1965 she married Floyd Head who survives.
She is survived by one son; Ralph L. (Tracy) Head of Crestline, one daughter; Andrea L. Wilson of Greenfield, family friend; Jimmy Wilson, four grandchildren; Aaron and Evan Head and Jacob and Tommy Wilson, one great-granddaughter; Layla Wilson; one sister; Judith Ann Rodgers Wise of Frankfort, four brothers; Robert E. Rodgers of Orange Park, Florida, James G. Rodgers of Columbus, Ohio, Daniel P. (Beverly) Rodgers of Ottawa, Kansas and John M. (Pam) Rodgers of Greenfield; and many nieces and nephews.
Carole was a graduate of Buckskin High School. She was a member of Beech Flats Church where she served as the secretary and treasurer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Pastor Bobby Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 5 p.m. until 8.pm. at the funeral home.
